Whilst we endeavour to ensure that this website is accurate, we do not accept any liability for any errors or omission that might exist.

Pricing

Prices on this website are in GBP Pounds Sterling. For customers within the EU the displayed price includes UK VAT which is charged at 17.5%. For customers outside the EU the displayed price does not include any VAT (which is not charged) but does includes the extra cost of postage.

Ordering

Once you place your order we will endeavour to dispatch according to our delivery schedule (see below). If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you via the email address provided and will give you a full refund.

Tribal Groove products may only be ordered by adults. If you are under the age of 18 you may only order with the involvement a parent or guardian.

Delivery

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post. Orders to the rest of the world are sent by Airmail. Delivery times are usually between 7 and 28 days.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. You will receive a full refund within 28 days. We will not refund the cost of return postage.

If the item arrives damaged or is defective you must let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange for the item to be returned and a replacement sent out.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond our control or as a result of misusing any of our products.

Health & Safety

You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing and the safety and wellbeing of any group you are leading whilst using the Tribal Groove DVDs. Always make time for a warm-up before any physical exercise. Do not exercise directly after eating. Always take adequate care with physical exercise to avoid unnecessary injury or pain. If you are not in full health or you are in any doubt as to whether Tribal Groove is suitable for you, you must consult a qualified health professional to make sure.

In the course of using this website we may collect certain information from you, including your name, address and email address. Will not share you details with any other parties. We may from time to time send you email messages with news from Tribal Groove and information about products you may be interested in.

You may at any time ask to be removed from our records.
